    if you do need to save some money there's nothing wrong with the shark hydrovac

    shark's a little different ... you do have to take this all the way off because there is a bunch of stuff in there that you do have to clean out

    the shark you know they could have done maybe a little bit better job cleaning it

    this has a display just different icons for different things and there's a battery icon

Needs Improvement

  • Water tank capacity
    the tanks are a little bit smaller so you're going to be filling those up and emptying that out a little bit quicker

What We Loved

    it is a very modern designI do like the color scheme

    battery charge time takes about four hoursabout 23 minutes of run timeit has good battery life

    this just capture a lot of the harder or the larger particles inside of here like a catch

    I think the shark hydrovac is a very good wet mop

What We Loved

  • Assembly and Setup
    really easy to use
  • Battery runtime / Charging time
    battery life has not been a problem for these hard floor cleaners in our tests some of them being able to go up to four thousand square feet on one charge
  • Cordless convenience
    it's cordless I really appreciate the freedom of just being able to grab this and go and not having to worry about cords
  • Large-debris pick-up
    it has a large opening on the front that can accommodate larger debris sizes
  • Liquid/spill pickup (wet-dry models)
    visually beat all the other cordless floor washers at this test dealing with the liquid in the least amount of time
  • Maneuverability & swivel steering
    its swivel is smooth and responsive making it very easy to maneuver in and out of tight spaces
  • Mopping performance (robotic or wet-dry)
    it had an exceptionally clean pickup with just one back and forth pass
  • Self-cleaning cycle effectiveness
    after running the cleaning cycle once it almost got all of it without me having to wipe it down

    it was right about average and more than the robo Rock dyad

    it has some useful information on its LED Screen display such as an accurate but simplistic battery life indicator and some alerts like empty and full tank lights

  • Cleaning cycle involvedness
    if you want to use these for big spills or dry debris then the cleaning process is much more involved
  • Noise level
    it was louder than average in our Noise tests at about 77 decibels compared to around 74 decibels
  • Water tank capacity
    the water tank is smaller than average as well
