Just Okay
- App features, reliability & ease-of-usefirmware at time of this testing so if you watch this video a month or a year from now then these issues are hopefully fixed and improved
- Build quality & durabilitybuild quality is okay for the price
- Cloud-storage plan valueit has free cloud storage for motion activated events but take note that it is only limited to 12 seconds and with a 5 minute cooldownyou do need to subscribe to their camp plus subscription which starts at 1.99 per camera per month

Needs Improvement
- Bird's eye view feature utilityif i'm close to the doorbell...my head is still cut off and you cannot see my face and the width is my main issue
- Continuous recording supportthis doorbell doesn't have a micro sd card slot like their other cameras so all the footage is uploaded to the cloud
- Customizable motion-zone precisionthere are no motion zones on this doorbell at this time
- Doorbell push notification customizabilityios users doorbell push notification is only a generic tritone and at this time there's no way of changing it so you will definitely miss doorbell pushes if you only have this generic alert
- Field of view (horizontal + vertical) usefulnessthey say it has a 120 degrees vertical and 80 degrees horizontal...the view is just limited and that's it
- Firmware bugsdownloading the footage from the events tab is not in full resolution luckily if you download it on the timeline it is in full resolution so this will also be going to be fixed by wise because this is more of a software bug than anything
- Notification speed (event-to-phone latency)there is a delay in notificationwhen you have the cam plus subscription...there is delay in motion notification and without the subscription the notification is significantly faster
- Reliability (general)it is not reliable in recording the adorable event and conversation several times that i tried there is no footage of the conversation but i tried it again later in the day and it did record but only recorded the doorbell side of the conversation
- Smart-home integration (Alexa, Google, Siri, HomeKit, Matter, Thread)not able to stream the live view on both platforms they can be seen and be able to be added but my google hub will just show a picture of the y scam outdoor as to alex a it will say that the live view is not supported but you can use your echo devices as a chime
- Snapshot preview orientationthe snapshot capturing the notification if you have the cam plus is sideways it is right side up if you're not on cam plus subscription
- Two-way audio claritytwo-way talk started with the doorbell press there are several issues i noticed first there are instances that the doorbell won't connect...third it is not reliable in recording the adorable event and conversation several times that i tried there is no footage of the conversation but i tried it again later in the day and it did record but only recorded the doorbell side of the conversation
