PoE

PoE availability is a major differentiator, often praised for speed and reliability; reviewers also note the PoE model does not include Wi-Fi radio.

PoE is repeatedly praised for combining power and data over one cable and for avoiding Wi-Fi dropouts and wake delays. The downside is you need to physically run Ethernet to every camera location.

PoE is not supported; Ethernet is for data only, so you still need the DC power adapter (or a separate PoE splitter solution).
