Needs Improvement

Noise level
the Kenmore is a bit noisy at 79 decibels which is fine for humans but the cats don't seem to care for it that much
Under-furniture clearance
with the main head attached to the canister it's just too big to fit under a bed
Versatility
it can't really get underneath furniture under beds unless you use the wand and the pet tool so it's not as convenient as say a cordless back
Warranty
it has a one year warranty compared to five year for some of its competitors
Weight
Kenmore claims it's lightweight but at 14 pounds it is definitely quite a bit heavier than a cordless vacuum
