Shark Matrix Plus Robot Vacuum

Verdict

The Shark Matrix Plus offers solid cleaning, an especially powerful app, and a bagless base at aggressive warehouse-store pricing. It performs well on hard floors and reasonably on carpet but runs longer and less efficiently than Roborock or Dreametech and still requires some auto-empty and filter upkeep. It is a strong option if you can buy it closer to its lower sale price and want the most flexible app controls.

  • Obstacle Avoidance (Robot) ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 review 2.0
Without front-facing AI sensors, the Matrix Plus mainly bumps through smaller obstacles and cannot independently avoid cords or pet messes, though it navigates around larger items like shoes reasonably well.
